These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Lion & Lamb Ministries ("Lion & Lamb Ministries," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of LionandLamb.tv, our websites, applications, streaming services, digital content, memberships, subscriptions, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

LionandLamb.tv is an online ministry and educational platform operated by Lion & Lamb Ministries.

2. ELIGIBILITY

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain features require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity results from unauthorized access for which you are not responsible.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Share account credentials in violation of applicable subscription restrictions
Create an account using false information
Impersonate another person or organization
Create accounts for fraudulent purposes
4. MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
LionandLamb.tv may offer free and paid memberships or subscriptions.
The specific benefits, pricing, billing period, and access associated with each plan will be presented at the time of purchase or enrollment.
The ministry may offer different subscription levels or access plans from time to time.
Your subscription provides access only to the content and features included in the plan you selected.
Subscription benefits may change as the Services evolve, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments made at the time of purchase.
5. BILLING AND RECURRING PAYMENTS
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize Lion & Lamb Ministries and/or its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms presented at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current.
If a payment fails, we or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again or restrict access to paid content.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and other charges associated with your purchase where required by law.
6. CANCELLATION
You may cancel a recurring subscription according to the cancellation process made available through your account or the applicable subscription platform.
Cancellation generally prevents future recurring charges but does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
Unless otherwise stated, you will generally retain access to subscription content through the end of the applicable paid billing period after cancellation.
If your subscription was purchased through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, or another third-party marketplace, cancellation may need to be completed through that marketplace.
7. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
From time to time, LionandLamb.tv may offer free trials or promotional offers.
The terms of any free trial or promotion will be disclosed when you enroll.
Unless otherwise stated, if a free trial converts into a paid subscription, your selected payment method may be charged at the end of the trial period.
You are responsible for canceling before the end of a free trial if you do not want the subscription to convert into a paid subscription.
We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue promotional offers where permitted by law.
8. REFUNDS
Unless a different refund policy is expressly stated at the time of purchase, subscription fees and digital purchases are generally non-refundable once a billing period or digital transaction has begun.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

9. DIGITAL CONTENT LICENSE
Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, Lion & Lamb Ministries grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and view the digital content made available to you through the Services.
This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, you may not:
Copy our videos or other digital content
Download content when downloading is not expressly provided
Redistribute content
Publicly display paid content
Broadcast or rebroadcast content
Sell or sublicense content
Share paid access with unauthorized persons
Remove copyright or ownership notices
Circumvent technological protection measures
Use our content to create a competing commercial service
10. STREAMING AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The availability and quality of streaming content may depend on:
Internet connection
Device
Operating system
Browser
Bandwidth
Geographic location
Network congestion
Third-party services
We do not guarantee that the Services will operate without interruption or that every video will be available on every device.
The technical quality of streamed content may vary.
11. CONTENT AVAILABILITY
We may add, remove, modify, replace, or discontinue content, programs, features, or Services.
Although we endeavor to maintain the availability of our content, we do not guarantee that any particular program, video, teaching, speaker, event, or other content will remain available indefinitely.
Content may be removed because of licensing issues, technical requirements, ministry decisions, legal requirements, or other circumstances.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Unless otherwise indicated, Lion & Lamb Ministries owns or controls the rights to the materials made available through the Services or has obtained permission to use them.
This includes, where applicable:
Videos
Audio recordings
Graphics
Logos
Text
Photographs
Artwork
Program materials
Website design
Trademarks
Service marks
Compilations
Educational materials
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
"Lion & Lamb Ministries," "LionandLamb.tv," and associated logos and marks may not be used without our prior written permission except as permitted by law.
13. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
Certain portions of the Services may allow users to submit comments, posts, questions, photographs, messages, reviews, or other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license described below.
By submitting User Content, you grant Lion & Lamb Ministries a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify for formatting purposes, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Services.
You represent that:
You own or have permission to submit the User Content;
Your submission does not violate another person's rights;
Your submission does not violate applicable law;
Your submission does not contain malicious software; and
Your submission does not violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
14. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
If the Services include community or discussion features, you agree to communicate respectfully.
You may not use the Services to:
Harass or threaten others
Publish unlawful content
Post defamatory material
Impersonate another person
Promote fraud
Distribute malware
Violate another person's privacy
Infringe intellectual-property rights
Post obscene or unlawful material
Spam users
Promote unauthorized commercial activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Circumvent access restrictions
Interfere with the operation of the Services
We may moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to User Content or accounts that violate these standards.

Lion & Lamb Ministries accepts donations to support its ministry activities.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, donations are contributions to the ministry and are not purchases of products or services.

Information concerning donations may be maintained for financial, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
19. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:

Interfere with the Services
Attempt unauthorized access
Circumvent security measures

Scrape or harvest information through unauthorized automated means
Copy or redistribute protected content
Share subscription access in violation of the applicable plan

20. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate an account if:

We otherwise have a legitimate reason to terminate access.

If your account is terminated because of your violation of these Terms, you may not create another account to circumvent the termination without our permission.
21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
LION & LAMB MINISTRIES DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE;
THE SERVICES WILL MEET EVERY USER'S REQUIREMENTS;
THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR
ANY PARTICULAR CONTENT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LION & LAMB MINISTRIES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LION & LAMB MINISTRIES FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lion & Lamb Ministries and its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your misuse of the Services;
Your User Content;
Your violation of another person's rights; or
Your violation of applicable law.
24. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright, please contact us with sufficient information for us to investigate the claim.
Copyright notices should include:
Identification of the copyrighted work;
Identification of the allegedly infringing material;
Your contact information;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and
A statement that the information you provide is accurate.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
27. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

28. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
29. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specifically applicable to particular Services, constitute the agreement between you and Lion & Lamb Ministries concerning your use of the Services.
31. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, transfer of assets, or similar transaction.
